Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Kev Minullinovich Salikhov is the scientific director of the Kazan Physical-Technical Institute of the Kazakh Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, a theoretical physicist, the author of hundreds of scientific articles and more than a dozen books, the organizer and editor-in-chief of the international journal “Applied Magnetic Resonance” since 1990, the founder of the international K.E.
