Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Kev Minullinovich Salikhov is the scientific director of the Kazan Physical-Technical Institute of the Kazakh Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, a theoretical physicist, the author of hundreds of scientific articles and more than a dozen books, the organizer and editor-in-chief of the international journal “Applied Magnetic Resonance” since 1990, the founder of the international K.E. Zavoisky Prize. His latest book, published by Springer in 2019, is devoted to the paradigm shift he proposed in one of the sections of physics.
Over the past five years, the main predictions formulated within the framework of the new paradigm have been proven experimentally, which has caused accelerated development in this area of science.
